Epinions Great Value

by  carlwu,  Jul 19, 2003
Pros: dynamic woofer, smooth highs, easy install
Cons: high tweeter level, need some of your own connectors/wiring
The Bottom Line: With or without aftermarket amplification, this set is very good without breaking the bank. I'm getting a set for my other vehicle!
Review: I didn't want to buy an amp to power replacement speakers so 50Wx4 from my headunit was what I wante ...

Epinions Best Hundred bucks I've spent this year

by  optomistic1,  Apr 21, 2003
Pros: Great Sound, Excellent Warranty
Cons: Installation can be tricky
The Bottom Line: Where can you get a quality set of component speakers that sound this good with a 3 year warranty? Simple, Infinity.
Review: Recently I picked up a set of these speakers and popped them into my '03 Elantra. They sound great. What attracted me to these speakers was their size, price, warranty and of course Infinity's excellent brand reputation.

Running these...

by  djdjohnson,  Apr 30, 2003
Pros: Very good sound, especially at this price point
Cons: Make sure they will fit in your vehicle
The Bottom Line: If you like Infinity's bright sound, shop around and find a set for $100 or so, and you won't be disappointed.
Review: I have REF605CS speakers in both of my vehicles... for a good reason... at this price point I don't think you can get better sound.

Bass is precise and not overbearing, highs are crisp and clean. Overall sound is pretty smooth, especially...

Epinions Great Speakers

by  ls6kid,  Apr 28, 2006
Pros: Great Sound, Great look, long lasting durability.
Cons: Lows aren't that great.
Review: I had these speakers in my old vehicle and like them so much that I got a new pair for my new car. They have really good high and decent mids. Their lows aren't that great, but those frequencies are generally covered by the sub. It really depends on ...

Pros: sound great great price
Cons: none
Review: I'm really pleased with my Infinity Kappas. I had MB Quart in my old car, and for some songs the bright sounding tweeters really got to me. I dont have that problem with the Infinity Kappas. They're probably not as nice as the MBs, but I can't tell ...

Epinions Will do, But JBL will do better

by  darwin1234,  Apr 8, 2003
Pros: Good Clarity, Good Looking
Cons: Hardish Install, Could use more bass
The Bottom Line: A very good system for the price, but you should go with the JBL system instead.
Review: As a whole the Infinity Reference will give you great sound. It does lack too much on the low areas but the highs and clarity is excellent. There really isnt too much to say about the system. I had a tough time with the install but only because i was a...

Epinions A competent component set.

by  liquidrezin,  Jun 13, 2002
Pros: Clean highs/midrange
Cons: Midbass needs work
The Bottom Line: You can probably find these for around $150. I would definately get these over MBQuart lines lower than the Qs.
Review: Infinity has been around for a while and a lot of people have heard of this brand. My friend bought this set because he didn't want to shell out an extra $200 for a set of Diamond Hexs (these were my suggestion).

I've heard his set and they...
